Warranty

GST Invoice
All products are sold with GST invoices as per Indian regulations.
Brand New Products Only
We only sell brand new products, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
Physical Damage Policy
Any physical damage to a product purchased from SonyCameraLounge.com will void the warranty. Damaged products will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours if the item is in stock. Although we do not guarantee same-day shipping, we strive to process orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Product Listings
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, and specifications are accurate. However, due to human or technical errors, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy.
In the event of incorrect pricing or product information, SonyCameraLounge.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placement.
Refunds are subject to bank/payment gateway fees:
3% for standard cards
4% for EMI / AMEX cards
5% for international cards
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days through the original payment method.
Products can be returned within 24 hours of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition with packaging.

Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 5 PM are generally dispatched the same day.
Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on location and external factors such as weather conditions, logistics delays, or political situations.
